RETURNS
At CUIRIX, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products and quality control standards, we accept returns only under specific circumstances.
Return Eligibility
A return request will only be considered if:
1. The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
3. The product remains unused and in its original condition.
4. All original packaging, tags and accessories are included.
5. A clear package opening video is provided as proof.
IMPORTANT
A continuous package opening video is mandatory for any return or damage claim.
The video must:
1. Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
2. Capture the complete unboxing without cuts or edits.
3. Clearly display any damage or manufacturing defect.
Without a valid package opening video, CUIRIX reserves the right to decline any return or refund request.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
1. Change of mind.
2. Incorrect colour or style selection.
3. Personal preference.
4. Minor variations in texture or finish that occur naturally in premium materials.
5. Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
6. Products returned without original packaging or tags.
7. Products without a package opening video.
8. Sale or promotional items, unless received damaged or defective.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

3. Package Opening Video.
4. Photos of the issue.
5. Brief description of the defect.
Our Customer Care team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return requests are subject to approval after verification.
RETURN SHIPPING
If a return request is approved due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, CUIRIX will provide instructions for the return process.
Customers should not ship products back without receiving approval from our Customer Care team.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
1. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
2. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
At present, CUIRIX does not offer exchanges.
If your product is found to have a genuine manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion:
1. Repair the product,
2. Replace the product,
3. Offer store credit, or
4. Process a refund.

Orders may only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
